  Pack 1 pick 1:

  My Pick:

Split cards are Armed/Dangerous and Wear/Tear.

  Pack 1 pick 2:

  My Pick:

I realize this is instantly a 3rd color, but this pack seems bad. I wondered at the time if I should take Maze's End though, and try to stay open for a 5c control type deck.

I don't really like this guy very much, maybe I should have taken Maze's End this time? Or is it just unplayable?

I'm not sure how good the Edict is in the new format. Is it worth taking over the Charger here?

On the whole, this is turning into a pretty decent G/W/r deck. And then for some reason I lost my mind.

  Pack 3 pick 2:

  My Pick:

I want to be aggressive in this format if possible, but the Vine is clearly a better pick here, based on my plan coming in.

  Pack 3 pick 3:

  My Pick:

Here, taking the Apparition would make too much sense, so I take the Pursuit.

  Pack 3 pick 4:

  My Pick:

I think Goblin Rally is really good in this format. That said, taking a heavy red card I think just reinforces the fact that I was in dum-dum land. I wouldn't necessarily play Horncaller's Chant, but either the Lobber Crew or the Pursuit would be a decent pick, and not force me to have awful mana.

Given that I had already picked Goblin Rally, Chainwalker, etc, I guess this is fine, but if I stuck with the plan, I could have a solid Pegasus.

Aaaand, that is how you take what could be a solid deck with decent mana and turn it into this hodge-podge. My deck would still not be awesome if I had stayed the course, but my least favorite thing about this, is that when I took the Chainwalker, I did it to try to be more aggressive and have a nice 2-drop, and yet if I stuck with G/W, I would have the 3-power 2-drop and an extra 2-power 2-drop.

I ended up losing r1 of this one (it was an 8-4 Tatar, not a swiss) in 3 close games, where my opponent's Azorious Justicar destroyed me in 2 of them.
